Attempt #1 With IQ Option’s Support

Read this before continuing

So this is my first attempt at resolving things amicably with IQ Option with regards to their unfair “custodian fees” which may or may not be imposed.

Notice the use of the word “may”, which means they can apply it on different clients (or not) at their sole discretion.

Recap of what IQ Option sent:

So I initiated a live support chat with IQ Option’s Arina, who was really prompt, and honestly she seems prepared to deal with requests like mine. Tactfully evading the real issue at heart and not resolving it in a very friendly manner.

So basically she “addressed” my concerns one by one. And told me my concerns (aka feedback) will be routed.

Basically assurance without any chance of me getting what I want (a waiver on this unfair practice).
